Introduction:
CCG1000-16TS Automatic piston filling machine is the upgrade volumetric filling that can be widely used for the high viscosity filling of liquid, it is used for the chemcial product filling from 80ml-1L, the servo motor driven and Schneider Control System can make the stable and high precision filling.An optional functioned high precision electric scale weight feedback system makes the volume adjusting easier and more convenient.
Features:
1. It is used for the automatic filling from 80-1000ml in chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
2. Piston off structure can completely discharge the product in the tank, to avoid the cross-contamination.
3. PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
4. Servo motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.
5. France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low consumption of energy.
