Introduction:

CCG1000-16TJ Automatic Piston Filling Machine is the new-generation improved volumetric filling machine. JW PACK patented design: visible round product tank that can be thoroughly cleaned without any waste product storage. One key cleaning system and recycle product tank cleaning can avoid the cross-contamination of different products. It is widely used for the edible oil, motor oil and different kinds of high viscosity oil product filling. The machine is linear structure and driven by the servomotor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system that makes the volume adjustment easier.

2. FESTO and JWPACK developed new angle seat valve for oil industry. This valve has long service life. It will not leak after operating for over millions times. It is convenient to maintain because of the modularization design.

3. Cylinder off structure is adopted in the filling unit. It can empty the product in the tank to prevent cross contamination between different products. Besides, it is more convenient to change the sealing ring.

4. Nozzles can be adjusted fast without tools and are equipped with scale ruler. Air pipe and sensor have independent name marks that are convenient for maintenance and inspection.
